Play fair, be decent

• No harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech, including in club chat and clip voice audio.
• No sexual content. Anything that sexualises children is removed straight away and reported to the National Crime Agency.
• No scams, spam, cheats or selling accounts.
• Don’t share anyone’s personal details without their permission.
• Only upload clips of your own gameplay.

Adults and under-18s

Keep contact with younger players inside club channels where staff can see it. Don’t ask under-18s to move to private chats, and don’t invite them into 18+ areas.

Clubs

Club staff are expected to moderate their club. Approve clips with care and act on reports about your club.

What happens if you break the rules

We can remove content, warn you, or suspend your account. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension. Illegal content may be reported to the police.

Reporting

Use the Report link next to any clip, post, listing or event. You can follow what happened on your account page.
