Who we are

RefineGames is run by the platform operator. It hosts club sites for gaming communities: EA SPORTS FC Pro Clubs results and stats, matchday availability, a transfer board, clips, game servers and Discord tools.

Your account

• You must be 13 or over to use RefineGames. Some areas, including the transfer board and GTA crews, are for adults only.
• Give your real date of birth. We use it to keep under-18s out of adult areas and away from contact with strangers.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Clubs

Club owners and admins run their club’s site and moderate its content alongside us. Owners must be 18 or over. A club can use its own domain once it proves it owns it.

Content and behaviour

Everything you post, upload or send through RefineGames must follow the community guidelines. We can remove content, warn you or suspend your account if you break them, and we report child sexual abuse material to the National Crime Agency.

Reporting and complaints

Use the Report link next to any clip, post, listing or event. You can follow the outcome on your account page. You can complain about a moderation decision the same way.

EA data

RefineGames isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts. Club stats come from EA’s public Pro Clubs pages and may be incomplete or late.

Game servers and payments

Game servers are provided and billed by RefineHost under its own terms. Club membership tiers are paid to the club through the payment link the club sets up.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will say so on the site. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
